“5 Senses Tag”

We are to list 4 things we love, and one thing we dislike, for each category.

Smell

Like:
1. fresh baked bread! my fav!!
2. i love the smell of my fav flowers, lilacs...roses are always nice too.
3. i am a total candle person. i seriously have like 30 of them in my living room alone. no joke.
4. obsession for men...yummmmm, hubby smells delish ;)
Dislike:
1. i kind of dislike the musty smell my home always has. it's old, was built in the 40's, and when it's clean and i have none of my candles lit, i smell it. plus the guy who rented this place before we did smoked pot. that doesn't help LOL

Touch

Like:
1. i love love to run my fingers thru my little girl's hair. it's like silk, especially when it's just from the bath clean.
2. the softness of my blanket that i've had since 7th grade ;)
3. love the feel of my skin right after i shave LOL! so soft...
4. i love the feel of my husband's arms around me. can't sleep like that, but getting his hugs are just the best ;)
Dislike:
1. i hate the feeling of terry cloth. well, cheap terry cloth anyway...it's kinda scratchy on my skin after my evening shower.

Sound

1. the best sound in the world is my daughter's laughter! i love her "genuine" laugh (believe me, she has a fake one LOL) and the way her eyes sparkle when she really is happy...
2. i love listening to guitar, especially spanish guitar music. i have lots of it downloaded on my hard drive.
3. i get so tickled when i hear gary (dh) get so excited about something! he gets this kind of sly smile (usually when he's excited about something, it's something to do with our family and how someone is getting a surprise. or it might be a family vacation).
4. love watching my fav tv shows...love law and order svu (all law and order is good for me LOL), george lopez, etc...
Dislike:
1. i hate it when my alayna is upset, and there is nothing i can do to help, or i HAVE to stay out of it...(as in school situations where i know she can solve a problem on her own...i try not to referee too much). just the hurt i know she is going thru and i can't help.

Taste

1. mmmmm mamasue's (grandmother) yeast rolls...yummay...
2. love love dh's burgers...9 times out of 10, i'd rather have his burgers than fast food.
3. cake, not any particular flavor, just cake...
4. my mint chocolate chip lip gloss! (okay, so i borrowed it from my dd...well she has like 20 million lip gloss tubes laying around lol)
Dislike:
1. olives are disgusting...i'm serious.

Sight

1. am loving my new decor on top of my "handmade by my hubby" entertainment center. looking really nice i think...no pictures LOL, my house is a mess...
2. love my beautiful family
3. love the rose garden here...
4. ohhhh and i loooovvvveee shopping! i am soo a purse and shoes girl, and i love just looking at them. can spend hours...
Dislike:
1. right now, my baby girl has a broken arm. second time she has broken this arm and in the same area...it's not easy to see my child hurt :(
